How to use
Add 16 fluid ounces of water to a shaker, blender, or other container. Add 4 tablespoons of Carnivor Mass. Mix or shake until desired consistency before drinking. For a thicker or sweeter shake, reduce the amount of water. For a less dense shake, increase the amount of water added. Drink it once to twice daily.
