How to use:
Add one scoop to 300ml of cold water, and drink it 20-30 minutes before exercise
Notes:
The total concentration of caffeine is 275 grams per scoop. Do not use more than one scoop in 24 hours. It is preferable to use it 6 hours before bedtime (it may cause some insomnia in some cases) Do not use it for people under 18 years old. Not suitable for pregnant women due to the high caffeine content. Suitable for both sexes
